Poster/Elevator Talk Guidelines
Posters should be no larger than 40 inches (102 cm) by 35 inches (89 cm). Poster content should be able to be read from a distance of 2 meters. Font should be at least 5mm and headings should be at least 10mm. The titles, authors, and their affiliations should be at least 25mm.
We encourage you to set up your poster for as much of the event as possible. The earliest time to set it up will be at noon on August 9th in the Clayton Hall Lobby. Easels will be set up for displaying your poster and are first come, first serve. Please make sure to take your poster down after the last poster session at 12:30pm on August 12th. If your poster is not removed it will be disposed of.
All poster presenters are to give an elevator talk. This is a two minute talk about the content of your poster. It is meant to encourage participants to come to your poster if they would like to know more about your work. Powerpoint slides are optional for elevator talks.
